Switch Gym

Switch Gym is a small training gym in Vasastan, Stockholm, housed in a basement premises a short walk from St. Eriksplan. The gym offers group training in small formats and is aimed at those who want a more personal training experience than a large gym can provide.

Classes are held in groups of 6–15 people depending on difficulty level, and coaches are on hand to guide and challenge each participant. The atmosphere is focused and intense – the classes are known for being demanding, but the small-group structure allows instructors to adapt and push each individual. The gym is run by Jill and Jonatan Westin, a couple with training as a shared driving force, which shapes the personal and committed feel of the place.

Suited to those who enjoy tough, coach-led group classes in a relaxed but serious environment, and who prefer a smaller studio over an anonymous large gym.
