Takkei is a personal training studio focused on individual strength and mobility training, with premises at several addresses in Stockholm — including in Östermalm, Kungsholmen, Vasastan and City/Norrmalm.

Each session is one hour long and takes place entirely one-to-one: one trainer, one client. The methodology is built on tried-and-tested principles drawn from elite sport and research, with a structured progression format that combines strength training and mobility work. The studio space is deliberately stripped back — no mirrors, no music, and you are encouraged to leave your phone outside. Private changing rooms with freshly laundered clothes and shoes are included. It is a form of training with no interest in trends, aimed at long-term health rather than quick results.
