Applied Pilates

Applied Pilates & Osteolates Therapy, founded in 2001 by Teejay Sogunro at The Sogunro Practice in London Colney, St Albans, is a specialist rehabilitation-informed Pilates studio — not a fitness or franchise class.

Teejay holds full STOTT PILATES® comprehensive and rehabilitation certifications, a sports therapy qualification, and studied BSc (Hons) Osteopathy at Middlesex University, with experience as Watford FC's Rehab Pilates Sports Therapist.

The studio uses the full STOTT apparatus range — Reformers, Cadillac, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and Barrels — and caps every session at a maximum of 7 clients for genuinely personal attention.

Services include Reformer Pilates, 1-to-1 sessions, small group classes, and the proprietary Osteolates Therapy, which combines hands-on soft tissue treatment with targeted rehabilitation movement.

Specialist conditions treated include back pain, sciatica, hypermobility, facet joint syndrome, sports injuries, hip/knee pain, shoulder/neck pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Beginners are welcome; all new clients start with an £85 movement assessment.
