Atlas Gym is a private, inclusive gym in Park Gate, Southampton, founded by local resident Richard Spacey. Open 24/7, the facility is equipped with British-made Watson Gym Equipment and features a CV suite, main lifting area, conditioning zone, and an outdoor astroturf training space. Memberships are capped at 200 to keep a friendly, community feel.
A team of qualified personal trainers offers classes, bootcamp-style outdoor sessions, small group training, Pilates, and Boxercise. A beautician is also based on-site.
