Banks' Martial Arts Academy is Milton Keynes' fastest-growing kickboxing, boxing and fitness gym, established in 2016 by Thomas Banks.

With state-of-the-art facilities across two locations — Bletchley (HQ) and Crownhill (Phase 2) — the academy offers expert-led classes for all ages and abilities, from Tiny Recruits (ages 3–4) and Little Recruits (ages 5–7) through to Cadet Kickboxing, Teens & Adult Kickboxing, Boxing, Fight Squad, and Leadership & Instructor Training.

The team is passionate about building not just physical fitness but also discipline, respect, perseverance and self-confidence in every student.
