KMDT (Krav Maga Defence Tactics) is the largest Krav Maga provider in Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes, offering adult, junior and family classes at Shenley Leisure Centre.

Led by chief instructor Sanjeev Mehta, who brings over 20 years of martial arts experience, KMDT teaches a tactical self-defence system combining Krav Maga with elements of boxing, judo, jujitsu, aikido, Muay Thai and Wing Chun.

The club prides itself on an ego-free, inclusive family culture where members of all ages and abilities train together in a fun and supportive environment. Classes develop practical self-defence skills, physical fitness, confidence and awareness. A free trial is available for newcomers.
