Be in the Sky Pole

Be in the Sky is a purpose-built studio in Shirley, Southampton, offering friendly and playful pole, aerial and movement classes, workshops and events for all levels. Pole classes range from beginner to advanced, covering level-based technique and a unique flow-and-fluency class.

Aerial classes feature hoop and silks for all levels, providing a full-body workout through inverts, rolls, flips and poses. Movement classes focus on improving posture and body awareness. The studio also offers private lessons, on-demand content, kids' classes, and hosts showcases and special events — all in a welcoming, fun-first environment.
