Calming Palms is a boutique Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapy practice based in the heart of Manchester, run by Helena. Specialising in two distinct forms of AYM — a personalised, adaptable bodywork (AYM) and the original Kusum Modak Method (KMM) — sessions combine slow, deep massage techniques using medicinal calamus powder and natural oils with yoga-inspired assisted stretches.

Each treatment is designed around the individual client, honouring physical and emotional boundaries, and closes with a relaxing head, neck and face massage followed by savasana. Calming Palms is a space of connection, respect, nurture and acceptance — where body and mind are treated as one.
