The Dragon Martial Arts Association (DMAA) offers traditional Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong classes for all ages and abilities in Brighton & Hove.

Led by Sifu Tom Braithwaite — a 4th generation lineage disciple of Dragon Style and senior student of Grandmaster Cheung Kwok Tai in Hong Kong — the DMAA teaches Dragon Style Kung Fu, Yang Style Tai Chi, Liu He Ba Fa (Water Boxing), and Xuan Gong Qi Gong.

Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Brunswick Primary School, with private 1-2-1 sessions and group seminars also available across the UK and abroad.

Tuesday 6–7pm: Qi Gong Tuesday 7–8pm: Liu He Ba Fa Thursday 6–7pm: Yang Style Tai Chi Thursday 7–8pm: Dragon Style Kung Fu
