Elitez Karate Academy is a family-run Shotokan karate dojo based in Chadwell Heath, Romford, welcoming students from age 3 upwards.

Led by chief instructor Sensei Christopher Blenman — a former England Karate team captain with over 20 years' experience and multiple British, European and international titles — all instructors are fully qualified, CRB-checked black belts with a combined 100+ years of martial arts experience.

Classes include Lil' Ninjas (3–6 yrs), Junior Elitez (6+), and Family & Adults sessions, all working towards black belt through a structured grading syllabus. The academy also offers private tuition, school programmes, karate birthday parties, and an online shop for equipment and exclusive Elitez gear.
