Enyo Grappling is the UK's leading all-female professional grappling promotion, dedicated to elevating women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling.

Founded from within the grappling community, Enyo provides a world-class platform for female athletes at every level — from rising junior prospects to seasoned black belts — through professionally presented events, elite superfights, and title bouts.

Beyond competition, Enyo hosts women's open mats and seminars led by elite grapplers to develop grassroots BJJ, and supports the wider ecosystem through the Enyo Foundation. Events are held at Central Hall, Southampton, with pre-show open mats at Parity Martial Arts.
