Flo Martial Arts is the South West's premier Mixed Martial Arts gym, based in Plympton, Plymouth. The gym offers a fun, welcoming and ego-free environment for all ages, with world-renowned coaches delivering classes in BJJ (Fundamentals and All Levels), Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Judo, and more.
Open seven days a week, Flo caters for the whole family — from age 3 upwards — and welcomes everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes training side by side. The facility is purpose-built for all aspects of MMA and is considered one of the best in the UK.
