Karate in the Community CIC is a Plymouth-based Community Interest Company founded in 2023, dedicated to bringing the benefits of martial arts out into the community.

Led by Director Becky, a third dan black belt with national and international titles, the organisation offers one-off sessions and ongoing programmes focused on self-defence, physical fitness, mental wellness, and personal growth.

Sessions are tailored for all ages and abilities, working with community groups, schools, colleges, and businesses to foster confidence, coordination, and self-belief in a safe and inclusive environment.
