Haus of Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio located inside Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow. Founded on the belief that true strength begins with connection to body, breath and mind, every class is crafted to build deep core stability, improve posture and enhance mobility through controlled, intentional movement.
The studio also offers The Haus Method — a hands-on, six-week reformer Pilates instructor training programme led by third-generation Pilates teacher Julie, combining classical Pilates principles with the practical skills needed for a modern contemporary studio environment.
