Kai Shotokan Karate is a traditional Shotokan karate club founded in 2018 by Daniel Booth, offering classes for children (aged 4+), teens and adults of all abilities across multiple venues in Wolverhampton.
Training covers the three core disciplines of kihon (fundamentals), kata (sequences) and kumite (sparring), with a strong emphasis on character development, discipline, respect and fitness. The club is a proud member of NAKMAS, Britain's independent national governing body for martial arts, and is accredited to deliver the NAKMAS Safe Kids anti-bullying programme.
All instructors are DBS checked, first-aid trained, safeguarding trained and fully insured. The club prides itself on a family-friendly, inclusive environment where all ages can train together.
