Verve Taekwondo offers ITF Taekwondo classes for all ages and abilities at their Wolverhampton location (Lower Penn). Classes include Astros for 4–6 year olds, Family Taekwondo for ages 7 and up, and an Adults/Teens & Senior Grades session.

Each class covers patterns, sparring, self-defence, fitness, and traditional line work, with a grading belt structure from white to black belt. Members of the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association, with Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service discounts available. Free trial lessons can be booked online.
