The Bonsai Black Belt Academy is a full-time Karate dojo in Kingswinford, owned and led by Sensei Lydia Longville, who brings over 25 years of martial arts experience specialising in Sankukai Karate.
Founded in 2012 and operating from its own purpose-built dojo since 2019, the academy offers Karate classes for all ages (including Bonsai Bears for young children), Ladies-only Fitness, Unisex Fitness (Fitness Blast), and Weapons classes.
Students follow a structured grading syllabus in a fully matted, welcoming environment focused on building confidence, discipline, and a positive mindset. The dojo also hosts external classes including Pilates, Vibe'cize, and Kickboxing.
