Low Fu Kung Fu & Kickboxing combines martial art traditions from China with western boxing skills. This free-flowing martial art builds strength, coordination and flexibility while developing self-discipline, inner confidence and control.
Classes are available for all ages — from Peewees (age 3+) and Kids through to Teenagers and Adults — including a women-only session at The Hook Centre in Chessington. Students can work towards coloured belts through Low Fu Grading events and test their skills at the Low Fu Challenge competition.
