Shoden Martial Arts & Fitness is a karate club based in the Kingston/Chessington area offering kids and adult karate classes across multiple venues including Chessington Sports Centre, Southborough School (Surbiton/KT6), and Coombe Hill Junior School (Kingston/KT2).

Junior classes welcome girls and boys aged 5–16, while adult classes are open to all fitness levels with a focus on self-defence, fitness and confidence. Classes are fun, friendly and family-oriented, with beginners and advanced sessions running throughout the week. Head instructor Jack Holdbrook leads all sessions.
