Shinrai Karate-Do is an established, family-orientated karate club practising traditional Okinawan Naha-te style karate. Led by Sensei Carol and Sensei Bernard David (each with over 35 years of experience), the club offers classes for juniors aged 6 and over, adults, families, beginners, black belts and competitive students.
All instructors are DBS registered and fully insured. Students progress through a grading system of coloured belts towards black belt, developing confidence, focus and self-control. The club also supports national and international competition and runs regular courses and events across Surrey, Berkshire and NW/SW London.
