Pound For Pound Palace is Southampton's premier boxing club, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to aspiring amateurs and professional fighters. With a team of over 10 England Boxing-trained coaches, the club offers expert pad-work, bag routines, functional training, and arranged sparring sessions.

Members benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, a supportive community, and a full spectrum of experience levels — from fun fitness workouts through to competing on the amateur south coast circuit and beyond into professional boxing. Personal training and Ofqual-recognised First Aid courses are also available.
