Privé Pilates is London's first women's-only, Muslim- and child-friendly boutique Reformer Pilates studio. Founded by a Muslim mother who lost 40kg through low-impact exercise, the studio was created to provide a safe, private, and supportive space for women who have long been underserved by mainstream fitness.
Classes include Classical Reformer, Contemporary Reformer, Reformer Essentials (beginners), and a Mum & Kids session, all delivered on Reformer machines by experienced instructors.
