Shine Studios is a small, welcoming fitness studio tucked away in the Hampshire countryside at Shedfield Equestrian Centre, designed specifically for adults 40+. Founded by Jacqui, the studio offers small group strength sessions with a maximum of four people per class, ensuring every member gets individual coaching attention and form corrections.

There are no wall-to-wall mirrors, no ego lifting, and no intimidating gym atmosphere — just smart, functional training in a calm and supportive environment. Sessions include modifications for every level, whether you're a beginner, returning after years away, or working around an injury. Couples Training is also available by appointment for partners who want to train together.
