Solent Family Martial Arts is a family-friendly martial arts club serving the Titchfield and surrounding communities in Fareham. Led by a 4th Dan instructor with over 20 years in mainstream education, the club offers Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing, Boxing, Filipino Arts and self-defence training.

Classes focus on building confidence, learning self-defence, getting fit, having fun, and developing goal-setting and focus skills. A Junior Leadership Programme is also available. The instructor is First Aid qualified and holds a full enhanced DBS check. Classes run across multiple local venues throughout the week.
