Southampton Barbell is a private, members-only strength training community based in Millbrook, Southampton. Operating on an appointment-only basis, it offers an expertly equipped space with competition-grade bars, plates, and racks for powerlifting and strength training, alongside a full range of resistance machines.

Expert coaches Tom and Luke provide tailored coaching and personal training programs for both competitive lifters and general fitness goals. The facility also hosts an in-house Osteopathy Clinic specialising in sports injuries, work-related strain, and general mobility and recovery.
