Sweheat Sauna is a family-run, independent outdoor sauna experience set at Western Beach, Royal Victoria Dock, in East London.

Offering wood-fired sauna sessions with cold plunge access right on the water's edge, Sweheat blends recovery and wellness with a vibrant arts and cultural programme — including Aufguss rituals, full moon celebrations, storytelling events, and women's bath nights.
