D-Flex Studio AB

Dflex Studio is a boutique gym in Östermalm, Stockholm, located in modern premises at Linnégatan 7. The training offering covers personal training with licensed PTs, group training, bootcamps and corporate training — and for those who prefer flexibility, PT-Online is also available as an option.

The studio maintains a friendly and social atmosphere where personal service is central. Training takes place in smaller settings with clear instructor presence, and the facilities include changing rooms with showers, smoothies, coffee and clean workout clothes. Behind the business are the PTs David Seisay, Dion Dubose and Victoria Hoffman — all licensed and with broad experience in training, nutrition and health.

Suited to those who want a close relationship with a trainer, prefer a smaller studio over a large chain gym, and are looking for a setup that works both in the short and long term.
