Harmoni och Healing is a wellness and healing studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, located on Västmannagatan. Here, Helen Wiberg works with body and soul through individual healing sessions, chakra balancing, reflexology (su jok), tarot card guidance and spiritual meditation journeys. In addition to individual treatments, group activities are offered such as meditation evenings and courses in personal development and life skills — also online for those based outside Stockholm.

The atmosphere is personal and calm, in a small studio run by a single practitioner. Helen is trained in Quantum Touch healing, Hi-Chi healing, modern shamanism and dream interpretation, and combines these methods with a conversation-based guidance approach. This gives sessions a broad yet cohesive focus on emotional and spiritual balance.
