InReCharge

InReCharge is a practice led by Anna-Carin Thomasson offering Zhineng Qigong, sound meditation and sound massage with Tibetan singing bowls. The practice combines movement-based meditation with sound therapy methods and is aimed at those seeking deep relaxation, stress reduction and increased energy in everyday life.

Activities are held both digitally via Zoom and in person, primarily in Lagos, Portugal, where the founder relocated in 2020. Previously, the practice was based in Stockholm. Through a subscription service, participants gain access to recorded qigong sessions and sound meditations. In addition, Sound Journey sessions are offered, as well as courses and training in singing bowls, aimed at both private individuals and those who wish to use the bowls professionally.

The singing bowl training is divided into two levels – an introductory course providing foundational knowledge and an advanced course combining theory with practice. Courses are held in Swedish and English, and beginner courses in qigong are available for those who wish to start a regular movement meditation practice.
