Master Training

Master Training is a private health club in Östermalm, located at Nybrogatan 57 B in Stockholm. The offering is broad and covers personal training, group personal training, lifestyle and fitness tests, and nutritional advice — all tailored to each member's individual goals and circumstances.

In addition to training, massage, physiotherapy, and chiropractic treatment are also available, meaning that rehabilitation and recovery can take place under one roof. The atmosphere is friendly and personal; the club emphasises long-term relationships between trainer and member rather than quick results, and the instructors are described as well-qualified and dedicated.

What sets Master Training apart is the combination of training and healthcare within a single facility, with treatments such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and facial treatments alongside strength and cardiovascular training. The booking system is managed via ActiveBooking.

Suited to those who prefer a smaller, more personal training environment where you see the same staff every time and want access to both training and body care in one and the same place.
