The soul refinery

The Soul Refinery is a Stockholm-based practice founded by Linda, aimed at women seeking to reconnect with themselves through healing, breathwork and ceremonial experiences. The focus is on creating space for inner stillness and self-awareness rather than traditional physical exercise.

The practice offers individual sessions in the form of healing and soul conversations, as well as group ceremonies including cacao ceremonies and meditation. The ceremonies are held in a permissive environment and combine breathwork with guided meditation and group gatherings. Booking is done through the booking site BokaDirekt.
