Total Balanced Body

Total Balanced Body is a specialist therapy studio located in Gärdet in Stockholm, focusing on movement, stretching, massage and sports medicine. The studio caters to both elite athletes and private individuals who wish to improve their mobility, recovery and general physical wellbeing. All sessions are private and by appointment, which ensures individual attention during each treatment.

The range of services covers a broad spectrum: stretch therapy and movement therapy, therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, sports medicine and physiotherapy, and medical fitness for rehabilitation. In addition, a health assessment called Total Body Checkup is offered, aimed at identifying limitations in the body for preventive purposes. The studio also works with hockey teams, sports clubs and individual elite athletes in disciplines including athletics, tennis, golf and MMA.

Corporate clients may use their wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) via Epassi and Wellnet. The studio also accepts on-site assignments for corporate health programmes, including ergonomic assessments and stress management. Booking is done via Bokadirekt and the studio is available in both Swedish and English.
