SLVK Townhouse

Townhouse by SLVK is an exclusive members' club located at Tegelbacken 6 in central Stockholm, housed within the newly renovated lifestyle hotel Sheraton. The concept is aimed at a limited circle of members seeking a sophisticated environment where training, recovery and social life come together under one roof. The facility is built around four pillars: strength training and group classes with top-of-the-range Technogym equipment, biohacking and recovery treatments, a social club life with a juice and smoothie bar, and the option to hold meetings or work remotely in elegant lounge surroundings.

On the training side, the club offers free weights, machines with built-in coaching via on-screen trainers, and running and cycling coaching. Body composition and mobility are monitored through regular body scans. The recovery offering, operated under the brand DNA by SLVK, includes a hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, cryotherapy, EMS, and contrast therapy with cold plunge and sauna in the changing rooms.

Membership is available at two levels for Townhouse: Member at 1 499 kr per month and Resident at 1 999 kr per month, with a time-limited Founding Membership offer made available at the opening in April. The club is open around the clock and has a limited number of places in order to ensure a high-quality experience at every visit.
