BraveBodies is a down-to-earth yoga and Pilates studio run by instructor Barbara Helis-Bailey. Classes are goal-oriented and results-focused, aiming to build strength, flexibility, muscle tone and body awareness.

The studio offers Vinyasa flow yoga (Mondays and Thursdays at Bitterne Spiritualist Church), Pilates (Tuesdays at Lowford Community Centre), and Supple Silver — a senior fitness programme designed to improve mobility, balance, coordination and flexibility for the over-60s. Beginners are welcome in yoga classes with a baseline level of fitness.

Selected classes are also streamed live via Zoom for those who prefer to practise from home. Courses include a 10-week Yoga Basics programme for beginners, and Hypopressives. One-to-one private sessions are also available.
