Champions MMA UK has been bringing MMA to the Waterside area near Hythe/Southampton since January 2020. Based at The Dojang, Chevron Business Park, the gym offers striking, grappling, and MMA-specific sessions in a serious yet welcoming environment. Classes run three times a week with optional sparring after each session.

All levels are welcome — from complete beginners to competitive fighters — with a strong team culture at the core.
