Run by Hanshi Art Sheldon (9th Dan) and Sensei Becky Hallam, the centre incorporates Tameside Freestyle Karate and Dragons Self Defence, with classes for juniors, adults, senior grades, and women's groups.

Beginners are welcome to simply turn up and watch before joining.
