Aikido Seishin Kai is a traditional aikido club based in Stalybridge, Tameside, founded in 1996. Practising the classical style of aikido as taught by Morihei Ueshiba (O Sensei), the club is inclusive and family-friendly, welcoming members of all ages and backgrounds. Classes are held twice weekly at Copley Recreation Centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
