Totton Health & Leisure is a Freedom Leisure centre operated in partnership with New Forest District Council, offering a wide range of fitness and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, gym, fitness studio, cycling studio, sauna and steam room, badminton courts, and a café.

With over 50 instructor-led classes per week — including Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Les Mills programmes, Studio Cycling, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics and more — there is something for everyone. The centre also runs junior and adult swim school programmes, children's parties, and healthy community initiatives.
