Anders Haslum is a personal trainer based in Kungsholmen in Stockholm who specialises in running, fat burning and strength training, primarily through online coaching. The approach is built around tailored training programmes and individual nutrition plans, adapted to each client's circumstances and goals – whether that means running 5 km, 10 km, a half marathon or a marathon.

Coaching takes place remotely with continuous support, follow-up and motivation along the way, rather than in a traditional studio space.
