Funktion massageterapi & rehab

Funktion massageterapi & rehab is a solo practice run by Caroline Junhager, a qualified medical massage therapist, located at Katarina Bangata 44 in Södermalm, Stockholm. The practice is housed within Fit4Life Crossfit's premises, close to the Medborgarplatsen and Skanstull underground stations.

The practice offers a wide range of treatments for pain relief, recovery and relaxation. Services include medical massage therapy, sports massage, trigger point treatment, jaw joint treatment and fascia treatment. A central method in the work is Revolving®, a myofascial technique aimed at increasing the flexibility of the muscle fascia and restoring balance to the musculoskeletal system. The range of treatments also includes pregnancy massage using a specially adapted pregnancy pillow, as well as MammaMageträning for postpartum rehabilitation.

In addition to massage treatments, personal training and rehabilitation are offered, with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of movement problems rather than simply relieving symptoms. Each client undergoes an initial assessment of breathing, mobility and stabilisation, and treatment is supplemented with guidance on self-treatment and home exercises. Booking is done via Bokadirekt.
