Stockholm Meditation

Stockholm Meditation is a non-profit association that has been operating in Vasastan since 2011. The centre is located at Gästrikegatan 8, close to the Sankt Eriksplan underground station, and offers personally guided meditation both on-site and via Zoom. The format is flexible and designed to fit into everyday life – sessions are available six days a week between 09:00 and 21:00.

The centre is open to everyone regardless of age or prior experience of meditation. A step-by-step method is used that allows beginners as well as more experienced practitioners to progress at their own pace. The guides Michael and Lily provide individual coaching and guidance throughout the programme. In addition to individual sessions, regular online group sessions, half-day meditations, meditation weekends and walking meditations are held.

Members receive unlimited access to guided sessions and personal coaching. For those who wish to try it out, a free introductory session is available and can be booked directly through the website. The studio also has a digital meditation library, Meditations-TV, for those who wish to deepen their practice remotely.
