Blue Dragon Dojo is a Southampton martial arts school founded in 2003 by Coach Rob Rooney. Based in a dedicated dojo opened in June 2018, the club offers MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Class sizes are kept small to ensure individual attention, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

All new students get their first group lesson free.
