Founded in 2010 as Phoenix MMA, the academy offers a diverse range of classes including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Judo, Sumo Wrestling, Hybrid Striking, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, and more.

Classes are available for all ages and abilities — from children aged 3 upwards to adults and professional competitors — in an inclusive, family-friendly environment. Dedicated beginner and women-only sessions are also available.
