Southampton Jiu Jitsu is a friendly, not-for-profit martial arts club teaching a modern form of traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Open to all ages and experience levels, the club offers year-round training sessions focused on self-defence, fitness, coordination, confidence, and mental discipline. New members can try their first two sessions for free.
