Exile Gym is Southampton's premier MMA facility, based in Shirley. Described as a close-knit community rather than a soulless gym, it offers a wide range of martial arts and combat sports classes including MMA, Muay Thai, No-Gi Grappling, Olympic Wrestling, Boxing, Shorinji Kempo, and ladies-only classes.

Coaches have over 23 years of combined experience and the gym has produced champions across multiple high-level disciplines. Classes welcome all abilities, ages and fitness levels, with personal training also available.
