Neon Martial Arts and Fitness Centre is Southampton's premier martial arts and fitness destination, located just minutes from the motorway and town centre within a leading sports and leisure facility. Specialising in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling, Judo, MMA, and Submission Grappling, the centre is the only BWA-affiliated wrestling club in the south of England.

Led by world-class coaches Trevor Birmingham and Ahileas Bolovan — both accomplished competitors with national, European, and world titles — Neon offers programmes for all ages and abilities, from kids to adults. The facility includes a large fitness gym, sauna, matted training area, sports hall, changing rooms, showers, outdoor areas, and an onsite cafeteria.

The centre also hosts national and international BJJ and Freestyle Wrestling competitions four times a year.
