Breathe Pilates Studio is a boutique Pilates studio established in 2017, offering small-group Reformer classes (maximum 5 per class), Mat Pilates, and private 1:1 or 2:1 Reformer sessions. The studio specialises in prenatal and postnatal Pilates, injury management, rehabilitation, and Pilates for sport.
All instructors are trained in-house through the studio's own training centre, Create Fit, delivering Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates qualifications. Owned by Amelia and Jake Fulford-Bell, both certified Mat and Reformer instructors with over a decade of experience, the studio also hosts workshops, wellness retreats, and instructor training courses.
